Our Quality Philosophy
Responsible Trade Requires Rigorous Standards
At Rojelan Trade, quality and compliance are foundational to how we operate. Products, suppliers, and shipments are reviewed according to the applicable quality, documentation, and buyer requirements for each transaction.
We do not claim certifications that we have not obtained. Instead, we are transparent about our approach: we apply careful sourcing practices, maintain proper documentation, and work with qualified partners who share our commitment to quality and compliance.
Our approach is built on the understanding that international trade requires consistent documentation, supplier accountability, and awareness of the regulatory requirements of each target market.
"We work with qualified partners and follow applicable documentation, quality, and compliance requirements for each target market."
Rojelan Trade — Quality Commitment
Our Standards
Six Pillars of Our Quality & Compliance Approach
Product Quality Control
We evaluate the quality of every product we trade, reviewing specifications, grades, and physical characteristics against buyer requirements and applicable standards. Quality review is conducted at the sourcing stage and verified prior to shipment.
Supplier Verification
We work only with suppliers who can demonstrate the quality and documentation standards required for our trade operations. Supplier evaluation is an ongoing process, not a one-time check.
Documentation & Traceability
We maintain complete documentation for each trade transaction, including product origin, supplier records, and shipment documentation. Traceability is a core requirement of our trade operations.
Import & Export Documentation
We coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and qualified service providers to support the preparation and review of required trade documentation, including certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates where applicable, commercial invoices, packing lists, and other documents required by importing countries.
Canadian Business Standards
As a Canadian company, we operate under Canadian business standards and apply the professional practices expected of a Canadian enterprise in international trade. Our partners benefit from the credibility and reliability associated with Canadian business.
Regulatory Awareness
For food-related imports, we maintain awareness of applicable Canadian regulatory requirements, including labeling, documentation, and compliance review. We do not make claims beyond our verified compliance status.
Food Import Compliance
Canadian Market Requirements for Food Imports
For food-related imports into Canada, we maintain awareness of the regulatory framework governing food safety, labeling, and import documentation. This includes general familiarity with the requirements of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and applicable federal food regulations.
We approach each import with a compliance review process that considers the specific requirements of the product category, the country of origin, and the intended market. We do not make medical or therapeutic claims about the products we import.
Labeling Compliance
We review labeling requirements and, where needed, work with qualified advisors or partners to support compliance with applicable Canadian labeling standards before distribution.
Import Documentation
We coordinate with suppliers and qualified service providers to support the preparation and review of required import documentation, including certificates of analysis, certificates of origin, and other documents required by Canadian customs and food inspection authorities.
No Medical Claims
We do not make medical or therapeutic claims about the natural or wellness-oriented products we import. Our products are positioned for food and specialty food markets only.
Supplier Documentation
We require our suppliers to provide appropriate documentation supporting product quality, safety, and origin. This documentation is maintained as part of our traceability records.
